  • Very relevant for my expectations and what I wanted to achieve. Good facilitation; flex for small group and different needs. Good insight for working together, key to building a successful team. Jeff Galt, General Manager, EQC.

  • Excellent. Atmosphere of open, honest and collegial discussion. Allowed people to open up with free expression. Thoroughly recommended. Brian Watson, Manager Ministerial Services. EQC.

  • Very useful. New team so it was good to know everyone's makeup. Bruce was a very good facilitator. To others, I'd say: Very good environment for new (and old) teams to get to know each other and work together more effectively. Cathal Curtin, Solution Architect, EQC.

  • It's a really helpful exercise to further understand our own profiles. Bruce did a great job in facilitating the workshop. To others I'd say: This was a really exciting and fruitful workshop to be involved in. It further elaborated and helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses and how to use these in making a big contribution to the projects I work on. Jacklyn Gallardo, Senior Test Analyst, EQC.

  • The reading and the session were really good. It's a great way to get to know how people approach their tasks and communicate with others. Well facilitated. This is a great exercise for any team. Will improve how you operate and communicate. Barbara Tumilowicz, Project Coordinator, EQC.

  • The two half-day workshops were well organised and friendly. Not too solid or too much reading. To someone else I would say consider doing it because it really makes it clear that diversity within an organisation is to be valued, not feared. Taking all factors into account I rate it at 4.5 out of 5 where 5 is one of the best programs I have been to. Sharron Cole, Registrar, Midwifery Council.

  • The workshop achieve my goal which was to bring the team closer together. Through Bruce team members got to understand themselves and other team members better. Bruce has a nice manner which enables people to interact in a non-threatening environment. To other people considering a similar program I would encourage them to participate. • At first I was quite surprised at what I have learnt about the Herrmann brain. The setup was good. On the first half-day I was a little confused but then on the second half day it confirmed a lot. I would recommend this to every organisation that hasn't had this training already. It's a great tool to use and have. I was very glad to be part of it. Taking all factors into account this is one of the best programs I've been to: 5 out of 5. Marina Anae, Environmental Inspector, Porirua City Council.

  • Prework wasn't as organised as it should have been. Workshops facilitated well, thank you Bruce. I will find this useful at home and work. Prepare readings are important. This will slingshot you went to the perspective when Bruce facilitates a workshop. You will gain a better understanding of the program. I've learned a very personal and worthwhile people skill. Taking all factors into account this is one of the best programs I have been to: 5 out of 5. Heemi Mareikura, Environmental Inspector, Porirua City Council.

  • I felt the workshop was extremely valuable. It was really interesting watching the team come out of their comfort zones yet still be fiercely protective of their way of thinking. The A group contained some extreme As and they found it difficult to work as team. When they were the recipients of the humanitarian group they were somewhat humbled by the feedback from the Cs which was that the As response to their presentation felt quite threatening. I think the workshop was effective and I have already seen some changes implemented by the Financial Analysts to tailor their information requests and presentations. We largely extract information from, and train, Cs, and present to Ds. Therefore as a team we have had to adapt each interaction dependent on our audience. The team is learning to intuitively identify the thinking preference of our audience and adapt accordingly.Client is a senior manager in a large social policy Ministry (name withheld as organisational policy).
