Review and Accountability Workshop
The eighth half-day workshop is scheduled 3 months later. During the three month leading up to this workshop the facilitator will contact you by telephone and/or email to check on your progress and help you sort out problems or barriers to you achieving Irresistible Leadership.
This workshop is designed to increase your accountability by reviewing your progress towards your Personal Power Plan and Action Plan of personal commitments. It is also where you will agree to any additional actions or amendments necessary to achieving Irresistible Leadership.
Content includes
- Reflections on life purpose
- Any changes to central beliefs
- Any changes to 10 year priorities
- Report on achievement of 3 month commitments
- Agree any additional actions to achieving Irresistible Leadership.
Why this is important
This module extends the fourth dimension of time and therefore improves the chances that the changes you make will become life-long habits needed for Irresistible Leadership.
