Does your organisation/Sector have an effective process to make sure all its parts are working together collaboratively? Absolutely true=4, Mostly true=3, Sometimes true=2, Not true=1.

1. Are all your employees working to the benefit of your customers rather than spending their time trapped within silos of power and politics? Absolutely true=4, Mostly true=3, Sometimes true=2, Not true=1.

2. Do your customers get a seamless service without needing to navigate through Departments or Divisions? Absolutely true=4, Mostly true=3, Sometimes true=2, Not true=1.

3. Does your organisation/Sector know what really matters and focus on these things, contracting out the other stuff? Absolutely true=4, Mostly true=3, Sometimes true=2, Not true=1.
