The following chart shows the business case for using Herrmann's Thinking Preferences. It is sourced from Herrmann International and based on actual data.

The benefits are shown in four quadrants according to the Herrmann thinking preferences of managers. For example blue thinkers think the main benefits are increased sales, cost savings, reduced attrition etc. Red thinkers think the main benefits are relationship improvement and improved coaching, improved team performance etc. In actual fact the benefits include those shown in all four colours.
