Nick is a highly motivated and enthusiastic consultant and senior manager with a great set of people, business, financial and leadership skills. Nick currently runs seminars on various aspects of corporate governance at both Massey and Victoria Universities, and is a sought-after and unique teacher because of his commitment to active learning and, his extensive experience in governance and management in both the social services and the corporate sectors.
A former General Manager of Elderly Care/Operations for Presbyterian Support Central, Nick was responsible for the management of 19 independent rest homes and hospitals in the lower North Island.
He is also the former Executive Director and Financial Controller of one of our most successful export companies, the Interlock Group Limited - a multi million dollar, innovative, award-winning, New Zealand owned company.
Nick is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Institute of Directors. He is a former President of the Parkinsonism Society of New Zealand - a position he held for a number of years.
