Advised and managed the strategic change process for Norwich Group. This included advising on strategic information needs.
Bruce worked with management to clarify the strategic direction of the organisation, determining the mission, values and strategies for the long term. This was followed by linking short term business plans to the strategic direction and finally, linking individual job performance to the business plan.
He was involved designing and researching, analysing and reporting on the research answers to determine the characteristics of Staff Culture. With this information the project was far more targeted at the issues which were most at risk. The research was repeated several times during the project as a gauge of progress.
The project involved training team leaders in the principles and methods of business strategy and strategic information including designing and training key staff in measurement based around the 'balance score card' method and follow up and feedback.
