Bruce Holland has four years (1988 - 1992) experience as Group Strategic Planning Manager for the Bank of New Zealand. During this period the bank was undergoing fundamental change.

Bruce was part of the senior management team. During these years Bruce was responsible for the Bank's strategic processes, including strategic business information and also part of a team driving cultural change through the 6500 employees.
