To be an Authentic Leader you need to increase your confidence, influence and personal power. Many people think that some people are born confident and others aren’t. They are wrong, because, confidence is a set of behaviors that you can learn. Do them and you will be seen as confident and people will be drawn to you like iron to a magnet.
Influence is also the direct result of doing simple things on a regular basis. Do these things and you will become the person people thank for making a positive difference to their lives.
Authentic Leadership is largely about increasing your human energy levels and increasing the energy levels in your people. It’s largely to do with the thoughts you hold in your head and your intentions. Many people think their power comes from the front of their head, however, it comes largely from your subconscious mind. This can be accessed by learning how change your self-image and self-talk.
This module will provide much of the intellectual underpinning for Authentic Leadership.
Authentic Leadership depends on you knowing yourself and what you stand for at a deeper level because if you don’t know who you are, there’s no way anyone else will.
This module also explores the importance of being vulnerable enough to share your real self with others so they know they are dealing with integrity.
Authentic Leaders know what science is telling us, that we are far more connected than most business people understand.
It builds the business case for deeper cooperation and collaboration and shows how to manage the networks that are the basis of all organisations no matter how hierarchical they appear.
This module explores your life’s purpose, your central beliefs, your 10 year priorities and your 6 mont commitments towards Authentic Leadership.
It provide you with a monthly monitoring sheet so you can monitor your continuing progress towards Authentic Leaderships.
