New Zealand Artificial Limbs Board

The organisation

NZALB is solely responsible for delivering prosthetic and rehabilitation services to enable people with limb loss to achieve independence within New Zealand.

The Project

Bruce designed and facilitated a two-day strategy workshop for the Board and senior staff of NZALB. This included sending out questionnaries to staff before hand to identify specific issues, preparing pre-reading before the workshop so everyone came with an understanding of key concepts to be used and a common set of definitions and language. After the workshop Bruce wrote up the Strategic Plan and included a one-page summary.
