Government House (Governor General of New Zealand

This project started off with Bruce coaching two of the senior managers. It developed in to a significant change process involving every person in Government House. Three major programs were identified including Improving communications, Improving the Governor General's Program, Improving Functions within Government House. These programs were staff by grass roots people who, in the process became far more empowered.

Bruce was the external advisor, trainer and facilitator of this process.
